BSc/BSc (Hons) Real Estate

The BSc Real Estate degree is accredited by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Study Real Estate at GCU and benefit from a year’s paid work experience which you can use towards RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) status. You will gain the knowledge and experience to manage property contracts, real estate sales and acquisitions and to become a Chartered Surveyor. Graduate with a degree in Real Estate and you can go on to careers in surveying, property valuation and sales contact management for consultancies, financial institutes and public utilities and government contracts in the UK and abroad.
