The BSc Real Estate degree is accredited by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Study Real Estate at GCU and benefit from a year’s paid work experience which you can use towards RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) status. You will gain the knowledge and experience to manage property contracts, real estate sales and acquisitions and to become a Chartered Surveyor. Graduate with a degree in Real Estate and you can go on to careers in surveying, property valuation and sales contact management for consultancies, financial institutes and public utilities and government contracts in the UK and abroad. Choose real estate if: you want to sell, manage and purchase property in the UK and abroad you want to secure a one year paid work placement during your studies you want to experience student exchange in Finland, Italy, Melbourne Australia and Toronto Canada you want to benefit from RICS graduate membership and the opportunity to sit RICS APC you want to go on to become a Chartered Surveyor

15 credit HNC in a Built Environment subject with a minimum B in the Graded Unit. Attendance and pass at PMV Summer School also required.
BTEC: Level 3 Extended Diploma in relevant Built Environment subject DDD
SQA Higher: ABBC plus Nat 5 English and Maths at C
A level: BCC plus GCSE English and Maths at C
ILC Higher: A2 B1 B1 B1 plus English and Maths at Ordinary Level B1
IB Diploma: 24 points
