Course programme

The course:
All day saturdays or thursdays

This course will focus on building your NVQ Level 3 portfolio, and submission to Signature for accreditation to attain Level 3 NVQ Certificate in British Sign Language. The course will include:

  • assessment planning to assist you to demonstrate your ability to meet the Signature qualification specifications,
  • evidence collection
  • portfolio building evidencing your ability to participate in conversations, discussions and social interactions as well as following negotiations, discussions and instructions. You will be also required to show your understanding of news items, interviews and documentaries,
  • Support and advice to assist you in collating your evidence and building your portfolio.
