I would like to say some words, of course it was a very pleased moment for me to pass this certificate, to qualify for this certificate and of course, this is not just a certificate for me. During these days, I have erudite a lot from Dr Crawford and of course, thought I have a very long eleven years of experience in HR and OD but I would concede and I would reconcile that many of the concepts and discussions made by DR Crawford with me were new for me and some of them I realized that those aspects are Art of OD and I have a firm amateurism that I will retrieve these motifs and new systems taught by him.

It is indeed a fortunate to come to HRODC which have been doing this things for the fellow should and we hope to go back with the political and the practical aspect of risk management that we have learnt from this consultancy the last two weeks.
