We had a wonderful time and everything was brilliant. The Birthday girl enjoyed it too and was very surprised! We have been looking at the recipes again today, the pesto was a favourite. We are already planning our next visit to you… Thank you for organizing for us and Diana and Richard were both great too.

I wanted to thank you for a great cookery evening for my daughters 10th birthday.
She had a ball and learnt so much from knife skills to making her own ravioli and cooking her own steak with red wine jus.
We were busy last weekend following on from the many things you taught her and me along the way!
I thought I knew a good deal about cooking but learnt several new skills / tricks that I have already put to good use.
Thank you again for a cracking evening – we’ve already mentioned you to several of our friends
Until next time…"

As always you learn a variety of techniques to take away and apply. I would highly recomeend this to anyone wanting to add another string to their cake decorating skill set.

The piping course was great to learn new skills and great to have a demo of how to mix the royal icing correctly. I am very glad that I attended this before the Diploma courses I have booked for next year. Thank you very much, as always.

The course was quite informative and I learnt quite a lot. I will be using the skills learnt as I do quite a bit of baking. The tips and techniques from the instructor were quite easy to follow.
I was hoping to actually pipe on a real cake or a cake form as that would have been more practical. The course fee was quite steep but I did learn a few things.
Thanks Annabelle for a wonderful course.
