Course programme

You will be making different soups/sauces, prepare different meat, chicken and fish dishes, including rice and fresh pasta. Plus pastries savoury and sweet & baking breads. During the course these may include: Phat Tai from ThailandSquash and Asparagus Risotto from ItalyFresh Papardella Pasta & Pesto from ItalyCajun Fish Cakes – LouisianaDutch Chicken CurrySalmon en Papilotte from FranceMoroccan Lamb TagineChocolate Flan etcYou will also design and create your own dish. Dishes can be adapted to Halal or any additional needs/requirements. Please advise regarding any allergies or additional requirements you may have.
