Course Content By the end of the course you will be able to: - Assess, Plan, Deliver and Evaluate a patient’s care using a structured plan of care - List two ethical, two professional and two legal reasons as to why you need effective care planning - Identify two things that could improve your own record keeping - Give two examples of when care planning process goes wrong
