Introduces students to reflection on their own practices, to contribute to improving performance in relation to systems and resources, and to understand the requirements of their role in supporting the management process. It also develops skills in self- and time management, information retrieval and evaluation, written communication, and the use of standard office IT systems and software. Suitable for: Those already involved in, or with knowledge of, administration and wishing to gain recognition for their skills through embarking on a professional course of study.

The IAM Certificate in Administrative Management is recognised as a Level 3 programme within the UK Government’s National Qualification Framework.
The course comprises three core units as follows, and completion of a Work Project Report.

Recommended total study hours: 120 hours for full course
Suggested period of study: The Deltic Certificate Programme allows twelve weeks from commencement to completion. Individual circumstances may provide for a longer period if considered necessary.
Assessment method: Learning and Reflective Diary to complete as you study, plus a Work Project report of between 2000 and 3000 words.
