Course programme

CIC Step One is an intensive 5 day learnig programme that equips participants with the basics of business management coaching. The approach combines the theories undrepinning Neuro-linguistic Programming(NLP), Cognitive Behvoir Therapy(CBT), Solutions Focus and Motivational Interviewing with lots of practice sessions. By day 5 particpants will be ready to coach volunteeers on real life situations putting into practice what they have learnt.

Step One is the Learnining Programme for the ConsultEast Certificate in Coaching which is validated by the Institue of Leadershil & Management at level 5 & 7.
