What will you be learning?
This course is designed for people wishing to become personal trainers or advance their gym instruction skills. You will learn: Health and fitness and lifestyle analyses; advanced exercise and fitness knowledge; advanced resistance training; nutrition and weight management advice; plan, market and sell personal training services.

What happens when you have finished?
You can progress onto employment as a Personal Trainer or apply for a relevant full-time Level 3.
