Chef Academy's aim is to train students to become professional chefs.
The centre offers an effective practical training scheme that gives students all the tools and skills to start a career as a professional chef.
During the course, students will be training in one of Chef Academy's partner restaurants with one of our chef trainers. They will be experiencing working in a live professional kitchen and getting an inside view of the restaurant business. In addition, students will deal with every aspect of a chefs routine, from the choice of fresh produce to the balancing of food costs.
The most important aspect of this centre, is that students are learning from the professionals in a professional environment. Chef Academy London is the only school that offers this kind of training and this is the reason that students have such a high success rate.
