I am truly happy with the Child Day Care Level 3 Course. One of the things I enjoy the most is you got your marks really quick, which help you to keep completing the rest of the course. I have found really easy to study at my own pace with all of materials they give you and at a plataform that you can log in anytime. Before signed up, the staff solved all my questions and where there to help me if I needed it. I would totally recommend this centre to anyone interested in working with children.

I learned Child Psychology level 3 and I truly delighted in doing this course and my coach was exceptionally understanding with my medical issues and my learning handicaps, she helped me a great deal with my work and could resolve to me the inquiries i did not get it. I have now passed that course and I will go ahead to accomplish more courses with UK Open College. I would prescribe this school to all.

This was my first experience doing an online course. I found it to be a rewarding experience. I found the 3 Award in Childcare and Education to be smooth sailing & got a lot out of it. I was in touch with the college by phone a few times and found the staff to be courteous & helpful. Tutors very helpful when you have question and feedback is very informative. I studied with The Learning a college and really enjoyed the course. The materials were great and the learning system was simple to use. My Tutor Emma Tombey was fantastic and she really helped me throughout my course. She’s been so helpful throughout my course, phoning me when I’ve had issues, replying promptly to my emails and even messaging me on her days off to help me.I think the learning college is a great way to gain new qualifications in your own time. They offer support and guidance thought out the full course and are always happy to help.

Scoot Cooper's manager should know that the customer experience score of interaction I had with him on the telephone would be 10 out of 10. He was very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and answered my questions with good arguments. This customer experience was refreshing and shouldn't be unnoticed.

I had some doubts about enrolling because I had never taken a course like this. I am not so young anymore, so, I was too embarrassing of going to school again. About this point I must say UK Open College was an excellent choice to learn how to work with children and particularly ones with learning difficulties. My initial apprehension has been overcome since I have a routine now which suits my circumstances. I feel totally confident to send an email to my tutor with my doubts and get so quick answers. Better late than never to study!

Studying from home while working is a good combination with UK Open College. They are really flexible and tutors are very supportive. the structure and layout was quite easy to understand. Sometimes the test questions were repetitive. But all in all the structure and content were great.
