Childcare Learning and Development NVQ Level 4

What is covered:

This course is suitable for practitioners working in a senior role in a childcare setting and focuses on management. This involves implementing and supporting policies, procedures and strategies for all aspects of managing a childcare setting. Learners need to complete 9 units including Developing working relationships, Reflecting & reviewing own practice and Supporting programmes for the promotion of children's development.

How are you assessed:

You will be observed in the workplace and will be expected to complete written assignments on each unit. Teaching of underpinning knowledge takes place through evening classes once per half term.

12-15 months
