About the course : This course is for Supervisors/room leaders working in a variety of child care settings. Participants will further develop workplace skills relating to national occupational standards and their job role.

Mandatory Units :
Develop and promote positive relationships.
Develop and maintain healthy environments.
Promote children†s development.
Reflect on and develop practice.
Protect and promote children†s rights.

Optional Units :
There will be a range of optional units to choose from.

Entry requirements
After this course : Employees can develop their roles and responsibilities at work and progress onto a NVQ Level 4 Qualification.

Cost : This course is offered under the Train to Gain programme and is free to individuals who don't already have a level 2 qualification. Otherwise the cost is £150.
