  • Fantastic day course on all things chocolate cake related. Friends were in awe (as I was) at what I had managed to make by the end of the day. I will definately use what I have learnt as I have a friends birthday soon and she loves chocolate cake. There were other 'insider' tips that Annabelle shares which will be invaluable in the future. The course is excellent value for money and I would thoroughly recommend it.

Course programme

Bring a chocolate cake with you (recipe provided) and learn how to fill and cover a chocolate cake, use transfer sheets to make stunning patterned chocolate bows and use a variety of cutters and moulds to complete the decoration. This versatile course is an ideal introduction to chocolate work and covers a wide range of techniques. You will need to bring your own cake (or buy one from Confection Perfection). Cost includes chocolate, icings, board, box and edible glitter.
