• Both in group discussion and in teams, use this knowledge to describe the styles of beer tasted and suggest food to match the beers.

The course is a mix of interaction and practical tastings. There is no work outside the class. There are no other costs. Trainees need to bring a pen and, although there will be a handout, trainees are welcome to bring along their own paper to take notes. Other beer courses at the City Lit.
