Course Overview
It is a requirement under the Food Hygiene (England) Regulations 2006 that all people that have a responsibility within their job for handling food receive some basic training in food hygiene that is suitable to their job role and job activities. This course covers the minimum requirements for food handlers and is can be slightly adjusted to cover job specific roles, although the base syllabus must be covered for the examination.
