Course Overview
Changes in food safety legislation in 2006 placed a greater accountability on anyone with supervisory responsibilities in a food handling business. It is therefore of great importance that these individuals are given the knowledge to be able to carry out their responsibilities effectively. This nationally recognised level 3 food safety course is suitable for managers and supervisors in medium and large catering businesses. The course gives delegates an overview of food hygiene legislation and also gives delegates the knowledge and confidence to be able to carry out their role.
