Level 2 No formal entry requirements are necessary but a good level of general education is expected and the candidate should be working towards a career in electrical installation. Level 3 Candidates must have completed the City & Gulids Level 2 certificate and study for a further year to gain the Level 3.

Working effectively and safely in Electro Technical environment Principles of Electro Technology
Units: Year 2
Application of Health, Safety & Electrical Principles Installation (Buildings & Structures)
Assessment procedure:
For Level 2 candidates will complete two practical assessments plus 4, on-line multiple choice examinations.
Level 2
