This more challenging course offers advanced techniques, suitable for those who already have prior knowledge or industry experience. It is ideal for those considering setting up their own freelance designer business or shop.


This course replaces the Advanced National Certificate in Floristry.

About the course
The Level 3 Award, Certificate and Diploma is available to those students who wish to progress from the Level 2 Award, Certificate and Diploma or an equivalent Level 2 qualification, or for students who have prior knowledge or appropriate experience within the industry.
The course comprises of ten units and candidates are encouraged to undertake one day per week work experience. You will be able to join study tours and compete in national shows.

• Diverse tied floral designs
  
• Diverse floral designs for weddings and formal occasions
  
• Assemble diverse floral designs
  
• Assemble diverse funeral designs
  
• Working in the floristry industry
  
• Negotiate and agree terms and conditions for the sale of floristry products and services
  
• Function and event decoration using floral displays
  
• Functional skills in Maths, English or ICT (dependent on previous qualifications)
