Course programme

To achieve the Diploma learners will be observed in their workplace or Realistic Work Environment (RWE) to assess their workplace performance. Learners will also present a portfolio of written evidence, answers to underpinning knowledge questions, and records of observations.

The Diploma in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership will promote employability in a wide range of roles including: Catering/Restaurant Manager; Hotel Duty Manager; Kitchen Supervisor/Manager; Contract Catering Supervisor/Team Leader. Alternatively, learners can continue their studies in the hospitality sector, for example, a Foundation Degree in Hospitality, Tourism or Events Management.
