Description of the Course
This course provides a substantial part of training and underpinning knowledge for electrical installation work to assist in qualifying as an electrician within the industry.
Course content

· Working effectively and safely in the electrotechnical environment.
· Principles of electrotechnology.
· Installation (Buildings and Structures).

Assessment
Practical assignments and written tests by multiple choice questions.

The course is designed for people working within the electrical contracting and associated industries for buildings and structures.
Entry requirements
GCSE's in Mathematics and English Language at Grade D or equivalent qualifications and relevant employment within the electrical installation industry.
