About this course
You should be aged 20 or above. You should also have three years' sea service in an acceptable deck capacity and two years in vessels of 12m length and above. You should also have a Sight Test, Medical First Aid, GMDSS, 4 day Fire Fighting, Survival Course and NaRAS (ops).

- Oral and Practical
Course structure:
The course lasts, on average, for 14 weeks. However attendance is flexible to suit individual leave and working patterns. Start dates are also flexible.
