Course programme

Year 1

You will understand the key concepts, terms and processes in the area of client care skills. You will learn and understand how to prioritise clients, advise and support them with their cases and how the systems work. You will be provided with course materials, handouts, case studies and PowerPoint presentations to gain a better understanding.


It is recommended that you have five GCSEs including English and maths at Grade 4 (C) or above. Adults with equivalent experience or qualifications will also be accepted. To study this module, you should be able to have understanding and knowledge of client care skills. Ideally, some knowledge would be beneficial or industry experience.

Additional information

Students will take an exam towards the end of the module during a set exam month by the exam board. A fee will be incurred.
