• 60-120 UCAS tariff points - any combination
• a BTEC national award in a related subject
• an NVQ Level 3 in a related subject
• equivalent qualifications or relevant work experience.

As a senior level manager your remit will probably encompass a wide-ranging 'ariel' view of the company in which you work. It will take in operational responsibility for high-level projects, meetings, negotiation of budgets and change implementation. Our course focuses you on the challenge of being an effective leader, someone who can motivate and inspire staff and implement policy decisions. Optional modules help develop specific skills to add to your portfolio.

In our experience in order to be successful on this level of course you will need one of the following:
• 60-120 UCAS tariff points - any combination
• a BTEC national award in a related subject
• an NVQ Level 3 in a related subject
• equivalent qualifications or relevant work experience.

What does the course involve?:
To achieve a full award, you must complete seven units in total, including the four mandatory units plus three optional units.
Mandatory units:
• provide leadership for your organisation
• encourage innovation in your organisation
• ensure an effective organisational approach to health and safety
• improve organisational performance.
When can I study?:
Roll on, roll off
Are there any exams?:
You will need to collect a variety of evidence such as statements, observations and testimonies to build a portfolio. All of this will be under the guidance of an assessor. Once the criteria for each unit has been met, the unit will be signed off as competent.
