Introduction
Coaching is recognised as one of the most effective tools for unlocking the potential of people resources, training coaching skills will encourage development, motivation and growth.
Delegates will be sent a short pre-reading document on coaching and they will leave with an action plan to achieve results.
A workbook is used throughout and for future reference.

Paul Welling
Paul has worked in management for over 20 years and has spent most of the last 14 years developing senior executives, managers and staff. He moved into learning and development when he was a British Army Officer, he has also managed over 150 cabin crew managers and staff for a major airline. His passion for facilitating learning attracted him to leading a Corporate training team focusing on induction, personal and management development for the whole airline. He then moved into Professional Services working for a major international accountancy firm.
He trains, facilitates and coaches in sales/business development, leadership, management and personal skills. He has both designed and led international programmes in the UK, Europe and Africa. Paul combines a pragmatic and energetic approach to his consultancy and training work.
