In a series of one-to-one sessions, our coaches employ a range of diagnostic tools including:
-Myers-Briggs Type Indicator
-Emotional Intelligence
-Belbin Team Roles
-Kouzes and Posner Leadership Practice Inventory
Each coach is selected to match both the background knowledge and experience of the person requiring coaching and to address the necessary areas for business development.
