Methodology
The open-programme provides each delegate with time-phased learning for gradual skill development. This encompasses animated corporate training, experiential development, practical application of the tools in the working environment and one to one coaching. Accountability and monitoring are integral elements of the programme, which promote immediate results and measurable progress. The Leadership Tools for Managers modules also include unique and copyrighted human relations principles.
Many of the modules in Leadership Tools for Managers are derived from the definitive research by Murray Hiebert and Bruce Klatt and can be located in their book, Encyclopedia of Leadership; McGraw-Hill Publishing, 2004. A number of the worksheets, used in the manuals, on this programme have been reproduced, with permission, from this book.
