The Community Sports Leader Award is a nationally recognised qualification accredited by the Sports Leaders UK. The award is designed to give adults and young people that
have already been involved in elements of leadership the skills to lead groups safely in sports and recreational activities. It encourages candidate to take responsibility for others, develop organisational skills and gain experience to increase confidence.
