The first response to my enquiry, the guidance receive at the time and before enrolment onto the programme and the induction its self were all good!
The support received from my assessor and the learning materials and resources, were all very good.
Most of all what I liked the most is when I received my certificate for completion of my qualification - Brilliant!

My assessor was very helpful and encouraging - she gave me her all to get me completed. Her support, guidance and feedback were all very good and she always responded to me quickly. My skills, knowledge, confidence have all improved as a result of this course and I now have a new qualification making me more attractive to employers.
