It is the first time I completed a course via online. The Moodle platform was easy to use and gave me access to messaging my tutors or any member of the team whenever I had some doubts.
The course content was comprehensive and in depth. I feel like I have learnt a lot and I know that I will be the best assessor I can be thanks to this knowledge.

The pre course enquiry information was very clear and helpful. The training was high quality delivered by obvious experts and my assessor was encouraging and supportive and flexible to meet my needs.
