Introduction

A number of training courses, designed by Worldwide Travel Training, are offered that compliment the various fares & ticketing courses, including tour management, resort representative and airline cabin crew.

Resort Representative

This course will provide candidates with the knowledge and skills required to perform as a Resort Representative for a tour operator based overseas or receiving incoming tourists.

Course is conducted on full-time and part-time basis.

Courses commence every September, January, April & July. Part-time courses ranging in duration from three to ten weeks are available.

All examinations are held at LSM but are marked by the appropriate examination body.
