CONDUCTING HIGHLY EFFECTIVE MEETINGS
Course Objective: to provide participants with an understanding of the key principles required in preparing and facilitating highly effective meetings. It explores how to keep meetings focused and timely, delivering objectives and creating clear and relevant actions. It also looks at how to manage the meeting in a way that keeps everyone involved, alert, making the best use of everyone's time and input to ensure maximim output.
