Course Overview:
This unique course is to improve your sense of connection to enable you to become more attuned to your self, and deepen your sense of interconnection with the natural world. There is now a considerable body of evidence showing that connecting with nature and practising relaxation techniques are beneficial to health and wellbeing. Combining techniques and principles of the relaxation techniques (such as mindfulness) together with ecotherapy, wilderness education and nature awareness, allows for a synergy to be created that can lead to powerful restorative and transformational outcomes for participants.

You will need to attend an interview to confirm your elligibility for the course and fill in a questionnaire at the start, during, and at the end of the course (only anonymised information will be shared with the project funders).
