Course Structure
Enhance your life skills with the ability to cook pasta, sauces, meat and poultry dishes with a link at all time to healthy eating options. A chance for students to display their new found skills at the end of the course presentation.

There are no qualification outcomes for this course however attending will put you in good stead to entering further education courses after graduating from secondary education.
Assessments/Examinations
This is a course to prepare students for the Junior Chef competition 2010 and as such, assessments will be made while you work.
