Are your managers equipped with the right skills to manage through the Economic Downturn?
Businesses and Organisations have had to cope with many changes over the past few years including downsizing, budget reductions, and redundancy. Throughout, managers are expected to keep producing results with fewer staff and an increased workload. Redundancy can be a traumatic time, not only for those who lose jobs but for the remaining team and the manager who is left to pick up the pieces.
It is crucial for Businesses and Organisations to realise that your people are the key asset that will get you through this recession and your managers are the key staff to keep up motivation and productivity within the teams.
Coping with the Economic Downturn – A supportive workshop for managers.
