Course Overview CWAC training is the Relate CPD course which has been designed to enhance & develop counselling skills in order to equip counsellors to deliver an initial consultation and assessment session with a client as oppose to ongoing counselling sessions. It is appropriate for experienced counsellors (with a minimum 240 hours post qualification experience). Objectives
  • To identify & clarify the purpose of the consultation
  • To consider the structure of the consultation
  • To understand how the structure facilitates the therapeutic assessment interface
  • To have an opportunity to reflect on the process & to practice the skills
