A one day workshop for massage therapists where you will learn some very effective cranial-sacral techniques to integrate into your massage treatments.

CST is a safe and gentle method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of the craniosacral system. By working with the spine, the skull and its cranial sutures and fascia, the restrictions of nerve passages are said to be eased and the movement of cerebrospinal fluid through the spinal cord can be optimized, and misaligned bones are said to be restored to their proper position.

Learn some techniques to treat conditions such as stress, neck and back pain, migraines, TMJ Syndrome and chronic pain conditions such as fibromyalgia.
