The payroll department is responsible for ensuring their organisation is compliant with a wide breadth of statutory and contractual obligations. The diligent payroll department should identify and document the key processes required to achieve this aim. However, this is a daunting undertaking without guidance or experience.
This course covers all the fundamental aspects to consider, from designing optimal processes for starters and leavers, managing absence processes and ensuring all year-end processes are completed.
