Creative Technologies for Music and Performance Foundation Degree

The Foundation Degree in Creative Technologies for Music and Performance aims to provide a vocationally oriented educational experience relevant for potential employment in components of the music production and performance industries. Foundation Degree students will develop a sound foundation of knowledge and practical experience of the technology used for the production of music in a wide range of contexts. These students will develop generic competencies which will enable them to acquire career positions in the music and creative art industries.

Assignments, practical projects, presentations, work based projects

What do I need?

• A Level (grade A - C) or relevant National Diploma\Awards in Music Technology and Performance
• Audition

What can I do with this?
Foundation Degree graduates can progress to a BA (Hons) Music or BSC (Hons) Sound and Music Technology at the University of Sunderland.
