Our dynamic cultural awareness training program is called UKCALLING. Each program we deliver is bespoke and completely tailored to meet the needs of your customers whilst still adhering to our strategic training model. UKCALLING takes 4 weeks to deliver and is designed for call centres of 150+ employees. UKCALLING utilises both blended and accelerated learning techniques to equip your staff with the cultural knowledge to effectively handle calls from UK clients, and not just deliver satisfaction, but exceed expectations. The program will not detract your employees from their day-to-day tasks, during the 4-week program we will purely be enhancing the working environment with the various sessions we will hold. We will provide cultural experts who will fully integrate with your staff and be available for private consultationsOur highly skilled team will spend 4 consecutive weeks at your premises delivering our dynamic training program.
