If you love curries, but lack the confidence to make them from scratch, then this is the class for you.
Join the Leiths team for a culinary journey around some of the finest curry hot-spots. Including a Thai red duck curry, a Goan Vindaloo and a Malayan prawn curry (amongst others), this hands-on class uses authentic ingredients that are easily available. You will also learn about selecting and using spices, making curry pastes, marinades and curry accompaniments. Leave Leiths inspired to cook your way around the world’s finest curries.
The day begins with coffee and pastries followed by a morning of hands-on cooking, and culminating in a delicious lunch of your own making. Some of the food cooked in the class can be taken home.
