Introduction The Customer Service Advanced Apprenticeship is ideal for anyone responsible for the delivery and management of customer service. Those who have to monitor and develop the quality of customer service and who may be in charge of their own department or team. The course is aimed at developing customer service supervisory skills.

Key Objectives The Apprenticeship Framework includes: NVQ Level 3, Technical Certificate Level 3, Employment Responsibilities and Rights, Key Skills Level 2 Communication and Level 2 Application of Number.
