Introduction The Customer Service Apprenticeship is designed for those who are responsible for delivering customer service and interact directly with the customer internally and/ or externally to the organisation.

Key Objectives The Apprenticeship Framework includes: NVQ Level 2, Technical Certificate Level 2, Employment Responsibilities and Rights, Key Skills Level 1 Communication and Level 1 Application of Number.

Course Units NVQ Level 2 Customer Service

This course is made up of a number of units

Mandatory:

· Prepare yourself to deliver good customer service
· Provide customer service within the rules

Optional: Units themed on:
· Impression and image
· Delivery
· Handling Problems
· Development and Improvements

Duration 9 Months to 1 Year
