As part of my Erasmus Mundus Master in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology degree, I am completing my internship period at Organization & Management Solutions (OMS) in Guelph, Canada. Better integration should be involved for international students. I would’ve wanted to get to know more people because I wanted so bad to get involved with more people world-wide. In the class everyone was quite on their own and it also made things harder for me to integrate people.
