Delicious Desserts

Course Overview
A mouth watering course designed to demonstrate skills, methods and common practices used in a patisserie. It will facinate those interested in producing a variety of desserts (including plated desserts). A must, for those special dinner parties and/or afternoon teas.

Course Structure
This is one evening per week for six weeks. The attendance is on Tuesdays, 6.30 pm 9.00 pm in the Pegwell Building. Initially students should meet in the Pegwell reception on the ground floor

Tuition fee£100 (including food)

No concessions
You will need an apron, tea towel, set of knives (if possible), containers to take food home and if possible a comfortable pair of safe shoes.
