This course looks at the ingredients of a successful team and provides the tools that enable managers to make the most of their teams. Learners work using their Belbin Team Preferences profile to understand how they operate in a team, and to see how they could utilise others'' team preferences more effectively. We use team project across the two days to bring the concepts to life and allow us to examine a team in action.
This course will help learners by:
