We are an accredited ITOL centre providing the CITOL certificate in training practice. Tailored development. When you meet with our facilitator they will deliver the consultancy, training and/or coaching. We do not employ account managers therefore you deal with specialist staff throughout the contract. Clients use us time and again because we give care and attention throughout.All your people who attend our learning events enjoy 12 months email and/or phone coaching to help them implement the learning. This gets real results. We have a no cancel policy for most of our open courses, (venue: Northampton), which enables individuals and training managers to plan with complete confidence that the event will not be cancelled. Throughout 2009 we have a 3 for 2 offer on most open courses to help you stretch that budget.Our training acorns are very popular with time stretched individuals - why not buy a trainer for a day - we can deliver up to 4 acorns to various staff?

The Development Company offers bespoke training and development events ranging from incompany courses, open courses, training acorns, seminars and one to one coaching. We specialise in interpersonal skills development; influencing, management, supervisory, negotiation, time management and networking skills are some subject areas we cover. We also provide skills based programmes such as Train the Trainer, Performance Review, Appraisal Skills, Appraisee Skills, Absence Management, Presentation Skills and Recruitment & Selection interviewing skills. We provide one to one coaching in areas such as life coaching, performance coaching, career coaching and executive coaching - all our coaches are qualified and under supervision. We are an ITOL accredited centre and provide the CITOL certificate in Training Practice.
