Course programme
Module 2 - Identify your key achievements. An application form or CV sells you. You need to be able to say What you did, How you achieved it, and What the result was so a prospective employer invites you to interview.
Module 3 - Identify the essential and desirable criteria that you will be measured on. You need to prepare for the interview using this criteria.
Module 4 - Using STAR to keep you on track. Behavioural, or competency, based interviewing, is the most reliable single method of interviewing. By using STAR, you will be able to give interviewers rich evidence of your behaviour against the criteria for the role.
Module 5 - Assessment Centres. A module to provide experience of the core activities that may be included in an assessment centre.
