If you are recruiting someone, and want training to be able to prepare for, interview, and assess evidence, this is the online course for you. Using real to life drama based videos, you will work on real activities that you can apply to any recruitment campaign at work.

Anyone who is asked to sit on a panel for interviewing. It is ideal for those new to recruitment using competency based, or behavioural, interviewing, or as a refresher course.
It is interactive, and storyboarded using best practise methods for learning. It is not a chalk and talk - you will be required to work on a real campaign. The drama based videos are our own videos, scripted from real life interview situations - you will find they help your learning experience.
