To pass the DGSA examinations and become a qualified Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser.

Persons responsible for the safety of carriage, packaging, loading, etc of Dangerous goods.

You will be required to provide the current versions of:
ADR (2015)
CDG (2009 & 2011)
CDG Exemptions & Derogations

We mark and read through the entire ADR books. We then undertake multiple exercises and mock tests, which throughout the course become progressively harder. By the end of the course candidates are ready to undertake the SQA examinations.

Course programme

The (DGSA) Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser Training Course

Covers the entire text of the ADR manuals, Parts 1 - 9, the course also covers the UK Domestic rules (carriage of dangerous goods and transportable pressure equipment regulations).

Throughout the course exercises and mock tests will be completed. This will indicate to the instructor the learning needs of each candidate. By the end of the course the candidate will be able to undertake the SQA examinations.

Candidates will be required to contact SQA in order to select an examination venue and to pay the examination fees.

Normally candidates will require CORE - ROAD - ALL CLASSES although requirements may vary
